Terms of Service
Effective July 12, 2026
These terms govern your use of Delta. By opening or using the service, you agree to these terms and to the linked Varmada policies.
1. The service
Delta is a local-first progressive web application for creating journeys, writing daily posts, storing visual moments, and comparing progress. Features may vary by browser, device, and operating system.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If you use Delta for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the content you add, the security of your device, and maintaining any copies you need. Delta does not provide cloud backup or cross-device sync. Clearing browser or app data may permanently remove your content.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse Delta, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, infringe another person's rights, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
5. Health disclaimer
Delta is a journaling tool, not medical, nutritional, fitness, or mental-health advice. Consult a qualified professional before beginning or changing a program that may affect your health or safety.
6. Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you place in Delta. Varmada and its licensors retain all rights in Delta, including its software, design, branding, and documentation. These terms give you a personal, limited, revocable right to use the service.
7. Third-party technology and links
Delta depends on browser and device capabilities and may link to third-party websites. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
8. Availability and changes
Delta is provided on an as-available basis. We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, or recovery of locally stored data.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delta is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Varmada will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of locally stored data.
10. Varmada policies
Delta is a Varmada service and also abides by the Varmada Terms of Service and Varmada Privacy Policy. Those policies are incorporated into these terms. If a direct conflict exists, the terms providing the more specific rule for Delta govern to the extent permitted by law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above identifies the current version. Your continued use of Delta after a change means you accept the revised terms.
